Reservations will only be confirmed after the deposit of 50% of the value reserved and sending the voucher to the Pousada (e-mail or Whastapp).

Reservations for the site with a minimum of 1 day in advance, please call the Pousada.

More than 2 people in a suite:

We charge a surcharge of 40% per additional person in the same suite.

Children under 3 years old (without extra bed) do not pay, above 3 years they pay 35% per child.

Value for money extra bed: 15% daily.

Condition for cancellation of Booking after deposit of confirmation:

If the hostel has vacancies, the return of the deposit can be made if requested seven days in advance to the day of entry, otherwise the customer will be credit of the amount to be used in the Pousada within a period of six months.

If the hostel is already sold out, the deposit will only be returned if the reserved suite is rented to another customer for an amount equal to or greater than another option would be the credit of the value to be used within a period of six months.

In case of return via DOC or TED will be discounted rate charged by the bank.

Discount of 5% in the daily value for ANNIVERSARIES valid only for 2 or more consecutive days provided it is not in holidays or holidays. (It is necessary to present a document proving the anniversary).

The daily rates are increased for parties / barbecues / celebrations in the Pousada even if the client reserves all the suites. See values ​​by email.
